Terms & Conditions

The website https://barcelonaimport.ge is operated by LLC "Barcelona Import." By placing an order on the website, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Orders and Payment

• Prices are indicated in Georgian Lari (GEL).

• Payments are processed securely via certified payment providers.

• Accepted payment methods include:

  • Card payments (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
  • Bank transfer
  • Cash on delivery to the courier upon receipt of the product

3. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1 working day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• After processing, the customer receives an email confirming the order along with a verification link.

4. Delivery and Shipping

• Deliveries in Tbilisi and Rustavi are carried out from Monday to Saturday during working hours.

• Deliveries to regions are made the next working day via courier.

Delivery terms:

• Tbilisi and Rustavi: For orders under 50 GEL, an 8 GEL delivery fee applies. For orders over 50 GEL, delivery is free.
• Regions: For orders under 200 GEL, an 8 GEL delivery fee applies. For orders over 200 GEL, delivery is free.

Delivery schedule:

• Tbilisi and Rustavi: Monday - Friday: 11:00 - 17:00, Saturday: 11:00 - 15:00
• Other regions: Delivery is made on the next working day via courier.

Responsibility:

• LLC "Barcelona Import" is responsible for the product only until delivery.
• After the product is received and signed for, full responsibility transfers to the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

If the product does not meet expectations, the customer can return it under the following conditions:

• The return request must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all labels intact.
• Used or opened products are non-returnable, except in cases of damaged or incorrectly delivered goods.

Refund policy:

• Refunds are processed within 24 hours after the returned product is inspected.
• The refund is issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

6. Order Cancellation

• The customer can cancel the order at any time before delivery.
• If the customer refuses the order upon delivery, the product is returned to the warehouse, and the full amount is refunded.

⚠️ Once the order is received and confirmed, cancellation or return is not possible, except in cases of defective or damaged products.
