Payment, delivery and returns

1. Payment Methods

• We strive to ensure your order is delivered quickly and reliably across Georgia.

Delivery Schedule:

• Tbilisi and Rustavi: Monday – Friday: 11:00 – 17:00, Saturday: 11:00 – 15:00
• Other Regions: Delivered on the next working day via postal service.

Warehouse Pickup:

• Monday – Friday: 10:00 – 17:00
• Saturday: 10:00 – 14:00

Processing Time:

• All orders are processed within 1 working day, excluding weekends.

Delivery Costs:

• Tbilisi and Rustavi: For orders under 50 GEL, an 8 GEL delivery fee applies. For orders over 50 GEL, delivery is free.
• Regions: For orders under 200 GEL, an 8 GEL delivery fee applies. For orders over 200 GEL, delivery is free.

Order Tracking:

• After order confirmation, you will receive an email notification and a tracking link when the product leaves the warehouse.

Responsibility:

• We are responsible for the product only until delivery. Once the product is received and signed for, responsibility fully transfers to the customer.

3. Returns and Exchanges

• We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange the product under the following conditions:

Return Conditions:

• The return must be requested within 48 hours of receipt.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all labels intact.
• Used or opened products are non-returnable.
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrectly delivered items.

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed within 24 hours after the product is received and inspected.
• Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are possible for products that meet the return conditions.
• Exchanges depend on the availability of the product.
• To arrange an exchange, contact us using the contact details above.

4. Order Cancellation

• You can cancel your order at any time before delivery, including during delivery before receiving the product.
• If you decide to refuse the product before or during delivery, the product will be returned to the warehouse, and a full refund will be processed within 24 hours.

⚠️ Once the order is received and confirmed, cancellation or return is not possible, except in cases where the product is defective.
